Open your web browser and enter https://biyaspos.swiftlink.ng. Click on ‘sign up’ and fill in your user details (Full name, Date of Birth, Business Address, Email Address, Phone number, BVN). Confirm your email address by entering the OTP code sent to your email address to the field provided. Upload the KYC documents as indicated in the sign up page. Swiftlink Administrator will review the information you shared for completeness and finalize the onboarding process.

Fill in your user details (Full name, Date of Birth, Business Address, Email Address, Phone number, NIN, BVN). Confirm your email address by entering the OTP code sent to your email address to the field provided. Upload your KYC documents as indicated in the sign up page. Swiftlink Administrator will review the information you shared for completeness and finalize the onboarding process. You will receive an email once the verification is complete. Follow the same process to create other users (Initiator, Reviewer and Approver) for your organization under the account you created.

Which connectivity option are you using (WIFI or mobile data)? For WIFI Connection: Confirm that the WIFI is turned on. Confirm that the SSID of the modem in use is listed by the POS. Ensure that you entered the correct authentication parameters (username and password). Confirm that there is service coverage for the telco modem you are using. For Mobile Data: Confirm that there is a data bundle in the SIM card you installed in the POS. Confirm that there is service coverage for the SIM card in your area.
